We at Lifelong Senior Services have toured and evaluated the care options we refer throughout the Bay Area to ensure your loved one is well cared for. We work only with facilities that are licensed by the state of California as well as conduct regular visits and remain current with any citations and deficiencies before making referrals. We work tirelessly to assist you in every way possible, whether you need assistance with same-day placement or placement in the near future, we can assure you that our one on one support will guide you every step of the way assuring a smooth transition.

Lifelong Senior Services was founded by Lisa Perry, who has worked extensively with hospitals, RCFE’s, Assisted Living Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Bay Area. As an advocate for the elderly, with a mission to make a difference, Lisa has spent over a decade assisting families find the appropriate senior living communities, all while embracing her core values of faith, integrity, honesty and compassion. Lisa is dedicated to providing senior solutions to all clients and their families.

Our goal is to find the appropriate level of care in an environment that preserves the highest quality of life — essential to the well-being of every family member. Through our personalized & comprehensive assessment process, we define your needs based upon:

After gathering all the assessment information, we mindfully address your location preferences and financial boundaries. We then discuss with the family all the advantages and compatibility of each community, and set up appointments to tour the homes.

My mother, Arlene, was diagnosed with moderately advanced Alzheimer’s disease in 2018. My father was determined to care for her in their home for as long as possible. By late 2020, the disease has progressed such that he realized he could no longer continue caring for her at home. We contacted Lisa to help us find the best memory care facility for her.
