We have been trying to move my Dad into Assisted Living for quite awhile. It wasn’t until I contacted Lisa that things began to move. From the first phone call, she took control and found Dad a lovely place to move to. We had medical and financial issues and she was able to work with all of that in a timely manner. My mother, Arlene, was diagnosed with moderately advanced Alzheimer’s disease in 2018. My father was determined to care for her in their home for as long as possible. By late 2020, the disease has progressed such that he realized he could no longer continue caring for her at home. We contacted Lisa to help us find the best memory care facility for her. After 61 years of marriage, this was the most difficult decision and telephone call my father had to make.
Throughout the process, Lisa supported us with her sincere kindness and compassion. She was available and responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns and if she didn’t hear from us, she would contact us just to see how we were doing. We felt as if we were talking with a friend or a family member. Lisa truly cares.

My husband’s care needs increased and the first person I reached to for assistance was Lisa. We had met when he needed placement the first time. At that time I was very impressed by her professionalism, attention to details and personalized “hand holding” support.

I can’t say enough great things about Lisa. My journey began on December 24th 2017. My 99 year old mother took ill and ultimately passed on Jan 28th 2018.
While Mom was in the hospital it became apparent she would not return to the life as she knew it. I was advised she would need 24 hour care and at this point, I panicked not knowing what to do. I was recommended to Lisa Perry.

I met Lisa in the hospital as Mom was being discharged and needing an immediate placement. No one can believe how quickly and smoothly it all happened. But one minute I’m with Mom in the hospital without a plan, and the next minute I’m with Mom in a beautiful board and care home. I didn’t know Lisa, but I trusted her to help us and she did.
